Ordering
How do I place a custom order?
You can browse our shop and customize products directly, or visit our Custom Order page to describe exactly what you're looking for. I'll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote and timeline.
Can I see a preview before you engrave?
Yes! For custom orders, I'll send you a digital mockup of the design for approval before I start engraving. I want to make sure it's exactly what you envisioned.
What if I need to change my order?
If your order hasn't been engraved yet, I'm happy to make changes. Just reach out as soon as possible via email at norasinfinitedesigns@gmail.com.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely! I love doing bulk orders for weddings, corporate events, and parties. Contact me through the Custom Order form with details and I'll put together a special quote.
Products & Customization
What products can be engraved?
I offer laser engraving on cutting boards (round, rectangle, heart-shaped, and more), bottle openers (stainless steel, wood, and leather), keychains, slate coasters, and serving trays. If you have something else in mind, just ask!
What can I have engraved?
Names, dates, monograms, messages, family names, wedding dates, quotes — almost any text or design. I have several design templates to choose from, or you can request a fully custom design.
Can I engrave on both sides?
Yes! Many of our products, especially bottle openers, offer front-only or front-and-back engraving options at different price points.
What materials do you use?
Our cutting boards are made from premium acacia wood and bamboo. Bottle openers come in stainless steel, natural wood, and genuine leather. Coasters are natural slate stone. All materials are chosen for beauty and durability.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are typically engraved and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer depending on complexity. I'll always give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! I ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can you ship directly to the gift recipient?
Of course! Just enter their shipping address at checkout. I can also include a gift message if you'd like.
Care & Returns
How should I care for my cutting board?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water — never put wooden cutting boards in the dishwasher. Periodically treat with food-safe mineral oil to keep the wood beautiful and protected.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is custom-made to order, I cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if there's an issue with your order (wrong engraving, damage in shipping, etc.), please contact me immediately and I'll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I'll work with you to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
